6Your content and rights

You keep ownership of your Content. You grant SocialLoopy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, format, transmit, display and publish your Content as needed to provide the features you request, including scheduling, publishing, AI-assisted generation, previews, analytics, support and backups.

You are responsible for your Content and for making sure you have the rights, permissions and legal basis needed to use, upload, generate, publish or analyze it. This includes rights to images, videos, music, trademarks, personal data, third-party materials and platform accounts.

7AI-assisted features

AI features can help generate captions, ideas, summaries, translations, scripts, hashtags, alt text, insights or other outputs. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to third-party content or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving output before publishing or relying on it.

Do not submit content to AI features unless you have the necessary rights and permissions. AI features are not legal, financial, medical, tax or compliance advice.

8Connected platforms and API rules

SocialLoopy connects to third-party platforms through OAuth and official APIs where available. We never ask for your social media passwords. When you connect or publish to a connected platform, you must also comply with that platform's terms, policies, community rules, developer rules, rate limits, music rules, advertising rules, branded content rules and privacy requirements.

Platform providers may review, restrict, suspend, change or terminate access to their APIs or your account. If that happens, SocialLoopy features may stop working or become limited, even if your SocialLoopy subscription remains active.

For YouTube features, SocialLoopy uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube-related features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You can review Google's privacy practices in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke SocialLoopy's Google or YouTube access from Google security settings.

9Acceptable use

You must not use SocialLoopy for any of the following:

  • Illegal, deceptive, hateful, abusive, infringing or harmful content.
  • Spam, fake engagement, metric manipulation or unsolicited mass messaging.
  • Uploading malware or trying to disrupt, bypass, overload or reverse engineer the service.
  • Scraping, harvesting, reselling or misusing data from SocialLoopy or connected platforms.
  • Sharing account credentials, OAuth tokens, API keys or access to accounts without permission.
  • Using AI or automation to impersonate people, violate platform rules or create misleading content.
  • Publishing content when you do not have the rights, permissions or legal basis to do so.
  • Using SocialLoopy for regulated, high-risk or unlawful decisions without appropriate human review.

10Bio pages, links and public content

If you publish a Link-in-Bio page, shortened link, shop item, embedded media player, lead form or public page through SocialLoopy, you are responsible for that public content and for any notices, consent, product claims, tax, consumer, advertising, influencer, email marketing or privacy obligations that apply to it.

We may remove or disable public pages, links or content that appear to violate these Terms, law, platform policies, intellectual property rights or security requirements.

11Privacy, cookies and data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and delete personal data. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies, local storage, analytics choices and related browser technologies.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you upload, import, publish, analyze or share through SocialLoopy can lawfully be processed for your intended use.

12Availability and support

We aim to keep SocialLoopy reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Downtime, delays or data sync issues may occur because of maintenance, security incidents, hosting providers, payment providers, third-party APIs, platform rate limits or events outside our control.

Support is provided through the channels shown on the website or dashboard. We may prioritize security, billing and account access issues over general usage questions.

13Suspension and termination

You may stop using SocialLoopy at any time. You can disconnect connected accounts in the dashboard and revoke access directly in the relevant platform settings. You can request account deletion by contacting us at the privacy address below.

We may suspend, limit or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, failed to pay, created security risk, violated platform rules, infringed rights, abused the service or caused legal or operational risk. Where practical and legally allowed, we will give notice or an opportunity to fix the issue.

14Disclaimers and limitation of liability

SocialLoopy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service, AI outputs, analytics, publishing results, platform integrations or third-party services will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure or suitable for every use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialLoopy is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, reputational harm, platform suspensions, publication failures or third-party API changes. Our total liability for claims relating to SocialLoopy is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, with a maximum of EUR 500. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

15Changes, law and contact

We may update these Terms when our services, pricing, integrations, legal obligations or platform requirements change. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use of SocialLoopy after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law, unless mandatory consumer law gives you rights under another applicable law. Courts in the Netherlands have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@socialloopy.com. Privacy and data requests can be sent to privacy@socialloopy.com.
